Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:

- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location (typically 7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@lelitecosmetics.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
